Cari Ryding

Cari is a board-certified nurse coach with over 20 years of experience guiding individuals and groups toward greater wellbeing, stronger relationships, and professional fulfillment. Her integrative approach blends evidence-based coaching with holistic modalities—including energy medicine and meditation—to support whole-person growth and transformation.

Carmen Davailus

Carmen Davailus is a family nurse practitioner turned award-winning photographer, author, speaker, and creative coach who brings more than 40 years of experience in healthcare, entrepreneurship, and storytelling. She is the host of The Art of a Meaningful Life Podcast and was a semifinalist in North America’s Next Greatest Speaker Competition (2025).

Karen Retardo

Karen Retardo is a Registered Nurse, ICF-PCC Certified Coach who helps nurse coaches/entrepreneurs build strengths-based businesses rooted in clarity, calm, and confidence.

Drawing from over three decades in healthcare and years of coaching nurses and nurse entrepreneurs, Karen brings a rare blend of structure and soul to business growth.

Mary Turner

Mary Turner is an Executive Leadership Coach who partners with leaders and organizations to cultivate authenticity, resilience, and connection at every level of leadership. Known for her grounded presence and transformational coaching style, Mary helps executives and teams move beyond performance-driven leadership into purpose-driven impact.

Founded by Mary Turner, a veteran and seasoned nurse, CoachRN was born from a vision to create a space where healthcare professionals—and eventually people from all walks of life—could receive guidance, mentorship, and coaching rooted in trust, experience, and heart.

The name CoachRN reflects this mission. “RN” honors the nursing foundation: a symbol of expertise, empathy, and dedication. “Coach” embodies the future: a commitment to helping others uncover their potential, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful success. Together, CoachRN represents a bridge—linking clinical knowledge, life experience, and transformational coaching to empower those who seek more from their careers, their leadership, and their lives.
