When I met Mary a few years ago, I was in a lot of conflict with myself and felt worn down by multiple challenges going on in my life. This left me feeling lost and confused much of the time. It took me a full year to give myself permission to work with her because I couldn't see my way out of what was happening in my life. I wanted to work with Mary because I could tell that she had the vision to look at everything that was going on and help me focus where was most important. Mary's style is both grounded and deep which allows her to be both real and able to see the truth of who we are. Over the last year and a half, I have felt more heard by Mary than anyone that I know. I have learned more about the subtle places that I hide from myself, and how to take a look at those places so I can move past my fears. This has effected me both personally and professionally. Personally, the inner work of the heart and mind has allowed me to take bold steps in my life to sustain my own well being and to grow a business that allows me to share my gifts and have a well balanced life. Without the first, I wouldn't have been capable to create the business. I would highly recommend Mary for anyone who is willing to bravely go where she will take you in knowing and understanding yourself.
