School Stipend Program

Purpose

The CoachRN Stipend Program was created to ensure that financial limitations are not a barrier for

passionate, mission-driven nurses who are called to become board-certified nurse coaches. This

program offers partial financial support to individuals who demonstrate commitment to the values of

healing, service, and leadership in healthcare.

What It Covers

Benefits List
  • Partial tuition support (usually between 10% and 50% of program cost).
  • Occasionally, access to additional mentoring, resources, or payment extensions.

Eligibility Requirements

To apply, candidates must:

  • Be a licensed nurse (RN or higher).

  • Have a demonstrated interest in holistic nursing, coaching, and transformational leadership.

  • Be committed to completing the full program and serving others through coaching.

  • Be able to articulate the financial need clearly and honestly.

Awards are made until available funds are distributed for each enrollment cycle.
