The CoachRN Stipend Program was created to ensure that financial limitations are not a barrier for

passionate, mission-driven nurses who are called to become board-certified nurse coaches. This

program offers partial financial support to individuals who demonstrate commitment to the values of

healing, service, and leadership in healthcare.

Who This Is For

This program is primarily for Registered Nurses (RNs) who meet a specific set of criteria.. This is not an across the-the-board benefit but a targeted incentive for individuals in critical need. To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Nurses who are experiencing financial hardship or limited access to professional development funding.

Those who have a clear vision for how they will use nurse coaching to serve others.

Nurses from underrepresented backgrounds, rural or underserved communities, or those leading grassroots or systemic healing efforts.

What It Covers

Benefits List
  • Partial tuition support (usually between 10% and 50% of program cost).
  • Occasionally, access to additional mentoring, resources, or payment extensions.

Eligibility Requirements

To apply, candidates must:

  • Be a licensed nurse (RN or higher).

  • Have a demonstrated interest in holistic nursing, coaching, and transformational leadership.

  • Be committed to completing the full program and serving others through coaching.

  • Be able to articulate the financial need clearly and honestly.

Timeline

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Awards are made until available funds are distributed for each enrollment cycle.
Applicants are typically notified within 2–3 weeks.

The Heart & Mind of Nurse Coaching™

Thank you for your interest in The Heart & Mind of Nurse Coaching™ and the CoachRN Stipend Program. This stipend is designed for licensed nurses who feel called to become board-certified nurse coaches and may need financial support to make the program possible. This is not an automatic discount or across-the-board benefit. It is a limited, equity-based stipend for nurses who demonstrate financial need, commitment, readiness, and a clear desire to use nurse coaching in service to others.

CoachRN stipends are awarded as partial tuition support, typically ranging from 10% to 50% of the program tuition. Completion of this application does not guarantee an award. Applications are reviewed with care, honesty, and respect.

Applicant Information

Examples: hospital, clinic, community health, hospice, education, private practice, leadership, wellness, etc.

Program Readiness

Examples: work schedule, caregiving, finances, time, emotional bandwidth, technology, etc.
1 = not ready, 10 = fully ready. Explain your answer.

Financial Need

Mission, Service, and Impact

Examples: burned-out nurses, patients with chronic illness, families, underserved communities, healthcare leaders, veterans, caregivers, women in transition, etc.
